Maybe I am just feeling a bit too hungry
But this NY mag blog post is seriously insightful and fascinating… even though the food truck prospect may look like fun, it certainly takes a lot of planning and sweat to make it work out.
It is quite literally a battlefield to satisfy one’s stomach.
